Carmen Franke
Behaviour Support Practitioner, Developmental Educator & Counsellor
Carmen works with adults in the Adelaide Hills, South Coast (Goolwa, Victor Harbor), Fleurieu Peninsula, and South Adelaide.
Carmen is passionate about wellbeing and supporting people to achieve their goals.
Carmen has qualifications in Disability, Counselling and Mental Health. This in combination with 30plus years working experience in Disability and Mental Health provide her with an in-depth understanding.
Carmen is specialised in working with adults with co-morbidity of Intellectual Disability, Mental Health issues and/or Autism. Carmen has a counselling background in Loss and Grief issues and uses creative therapy in her skill building sessions with clients.

Angie Lucey
Behaviour Support Practitioner & Counsellor
Angie works with children and adults in the Adelaide Hills, Murray Bridge, and Eastern suburbs.
Angie has worked in the health and disability sectors for many years and has qualifications in Counselling, Positive Behaviour Support, Kinesiology and Nutrition. She specialises in mental health, trauma, Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder and works with clients of all ages, from teenagers to adults.
Angie is solution focused and strives to bring about a positive change for clients from a holistic perspective, respecting each client as an individual with their own life experiences.

Evie Kitson
Behaviour Support Practitioner & Developmental Educator
Evie works with children and adults in Southeast Queensland, Sunnybank to Upper Coomera and surrounding suburbs.
Evie is a Developmental Educator and Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in teaching & special education.
Evie thrives on making connections with individuals and their families to build trust and create a safe space to learn and improve skills. In Evie’s personal and professional life, her core priorities are listening to understand, advocating for others and celebrating both the big and the small wins.
Since 2018, Evie has been employed at disability support organisations as a developmental educator and behaviour support practitioner. Her experience as a classroom teacher for primary, secondary school age groups and special education has enhanced her aim to effectively integrate NDIS services can into a child’s education setting. Collaboration with a person’s support network is seen as a key part of her work. Evie works with individuals aged 7-30.

Sophia Savage
Behaviour Support Practitioner & Developmental Educator
Sophia works with children and adults in the Adelaide region, the Adelaide Hills and Murray Bridge.
Sophia Savage is a Developmental Educator and Behaviour Support Practitioner, providing Capacity Building services to clients across metro Adelaide. Sophia has worked in the disability sector for over five years and has qualifications in Education, Disability and Behaviour Support.
Sophia support clients across the lifespan to work towards their goals and increase their participation in the community. She is able to deliver supports in the home and community. Sophia specialises in supporting individuals who present with complex behaviours of concern.
Sophia is passionate about forming connections with individuals and those who support them. She prides herself on her approach to delivering services with compassion and empathy.

Liz Sanderson
Behaviour Support Practitioner & Teacher
Liz works with children and adults in the Brighton, Glenelg, Marion and Noarlunga area.
With a background as a Primary School teacher, Liz completed postgraduate studies in Positive Behaviour Support in 2022. Currently, she works closely with individual clients and their stakeholders to provide practical strategies that support positive behaviours, promote independence, and enhance overall quality of life in their respective environments.
Liz’s invaluable firsthand experience working with children with disabilities has fuelled her passion for fostering a solution-focused atmosphere that prioritizes inclusion and well-being. Additionally, Liz has a keen interest in trauma-informed practices, underscoring her commitment to the holistic development of her students.
Liz has successfully transitioned her expertise to working with individuals of all ages with disabilities. Her dedication lies in empowering her clients and their support networks to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to engage, participate, and thrive, ultimately enabling them to reach their full potential.

Elyse Dykstra
Behaviour Support Practitioner & Developmental Educator
Elyse works with adults in the Adelaide Hills, Murray Bridge and Adelaide Southern region.
Elyse is passionate about collaborating with clients and their teams to achieve individual goals. She values building trusting relationships with all involved stakeholders, recognizing that this provides a strong foundation for successful teamwork and goal attainment.
With experience working with clients across a broad range of capabilities, Elyse believes in the power of person-centred strategies to help clients thrive. Her approach focuses on skill development and supporting both the client and their team to address any behaviours of concern.
Elyse is proficient in conducting assessments to identify the root causes of behaviours. She employs an evidence-based approach to recommend strategies best suited to each client’s unique needs.
